Business Mortgage Loan is a short/medium term secured loan facility for SMEs (Small/Medium Enterprise) to address their business financing requirements such as business expansion, purchase of property and equipment for business and other available business opportunities.

The product allows you to maximize the use of your assets by availing of a loan amount of one million pesos (P1,000,000.00) to as high as ten million pesos (P10,000,000.00). It also gives you flexibility with payments terms of as low as 12 months to as high as 10 years.

Who can apply?

Sole Proprietors, Partnerships and Corporations that have been operating for at least 2 years. The business must have at least P1 million annual gross revenue and must be within a BDO serviceable area.
